Buying tickets online

  • Where do I collect my tickets?
    We’ll send a link to your digital ticket containing a scannable QR code—please display this ticket on your smart phone upon entry. If you require a physical ticket, you can print your tickets at one of our self-service kiosks or at the box office.

  • Can I make changes to my order or get a refund?
    Self-service refunds and seat-swaps are coming soon. In the meantime, you can contact our customer services team or see us in-cinema for assistance.
  • Can I buy tickets in bulk for a corporate booking?
    Our corporate events team can help make your next event one to remember. Get in touch for bulk cinema bookings and venue hire.

  • Can I buy tickets with friends and pay separately?
    The ability to book with friends and pay separately is coming soon!

Clubs and Memberships

  • Where can I join the Any Cinema club?
    Signing up is quick and easy! You can sign up online via our website or mobile app.

  • Can I delete my account after I join?
    Of course! Simply contact our customer services team or alternatively use our mobile app by clicking on 'My Account', 'Personal details', 'Delete account', and 'Delete'.

  • Does it cost to sign up?
    Our Any Cinema club is free to join! But if you’re a regular we recommend checking out our paid subscription option.

  • Can I renew my subscription online?
    Yes, you can login to our online portal to access your Any Cinema subscription information, including managing your payment methods, updating your contact details, and subscription renewal.

 

Gift Cards

  • Where can I buy gift cards?
    You can purchase e-gift cards online or see us in cinema if you’d like physical gift card issued.

  • Can I buy in bulk for corporate gifts?
    Of course! Please send a request to our corporate events team. We can even work with you on a custom design — plus choose between physical or electronic gift card options.

  • How do I check my balance?
    Simply visit the gift shop and select ‘check your balance’.  Enter your gift card details in the pop-up box to check details.

  • How long is my gift card valid?
    Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the purchase date. See our Terms & Conditions for more details.
